The Orient Express club card system offers a range of flexible options with benefits for each guest.
- SHARED SUBSCRIPTIONPremium subscriptions of RUB 151,000 or more can be shared by up to 4 guests.
- EXTENDING THE DEPOSIT VALIDITY PERIODThe deposit validity period can be extended by up to 6 months.
- DISCOUNTSDiscounts apply to all treatment procedures provided by the club except for medical ones. The deposit may also be used to purchase any of the beauty products sold in the boutique without discounts.
- DEPOSITSDeposit payments may only be made in Russian rubles. When topping up an existing account, the discount based on the new deposit sum shall apply.
- WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDSPayments for all services other than medical procedures are deducted from guest accounts following the application of the relevant discount.
Guests may request the details of their deposit account activity at any time, and we guarantee to provide the said information within one working day. We are currently working on providing our guests with a personal account space on the website to allow them to check their deposit, personal benefits, and history. - REFUNDSGuests may file a written request for the return of any unused funds deposited in their accounts, provided such requests are made prior to the relevant deposit expiry date.
Once the requested funds have been returned, the balance of the guest deposit account is recalculated. Unused funds are not returnable if the date specified in the Deposit Agreement has already expired. Conditions under which the deposit validity period may be extended are set out in the "Extending the deposit validity period" section.
